The video below shows a group of school children on a tour though the McLaren Technology Centre. They also build their own mini cars from kits, it looks like, and test them out. This is a great learning opportunity for schools.
As adults we need to challenge ourselves to continue to improve our own training. And keep looking for these opportunities for ourselves.
